Sometimes when you launch the map, there may be no hotels located within the viewable area of the map as shown below.  If this occurs, simply zoom out by clicking on the “-“ button of the vertical zoom bar (located in the top right) to zoom out and the hotels should appear. 

If, after moving the map, searching on a new location, or selecting some filters in the left navigation, you might navigate to a place where there are no items that match the search criteria you have entered.  In this case, you might see the same screen as shown above.  To view the hotels, just clear your filters in the Left Nav or zoom out until hotels appear.
