Before doing anything related to retrieve the Sabre logs note that Sabre Logs only go up to 4 days back - so whatever they are looking for must be within the last 4 days.
In order to access and retrieve Sabre Red Workspace logs, while being logged in the blue screen click on Tools in the upper menu, then Options:
You will get the following window:
Click on Advanced:
Then click on the Log location link. Another window will open and you will have to select all the files within that folder. For that press CTRL+A keys on your keyboard or select them using your Left Click button on your mouse (drag a square over all the files). With all the files selected right click on one of them and select Sent to, then Compressed (zipped) folder
A .zip file will be created. Right click on the file and Copy the file.
Paste it on your desktop, then attach it to the email you want to send to support.
You can delete the file after you send the email.
Back to the blue screen you can type **LOG to send us the Zoom&Go logs. These are different than the Sabre logs you’ve just retrieved.
Please, do not forget to include your PCC / ID in your email to support. It would be much easier to identify the logs you’ve just submitted via **LOG command in the bluescreen.
