We do not change the way agents currently work in Sabre so if they never got a confirmation email before from a Sabre booking (which they don't), they won't be getting one now.
If it's a Sabre booking, things are the same for the agent as they are now - no confirmation email is sent.
Vouchers and confirmation emails are sent if an agency has subscribed to any non-GDS content feeds such as HotelBeds or Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS)
